How the estimates work
Cost per inquiry about 30% lower, from a page built for the ad and fresh creative (one of my clients cut cost per lead by about 85% this way). Close rate lifted by at most 50%, capped at 15 points: research from MIT, InsideSales and Harvard Business Review shows leads contacted within minutes are far more likely to be reached and qualified. Typical Philippine costs per inquiry are the midpoints of published PH agency ranges: about ₱50 to ₱300 for local services and real estate, ₱80 to ₱250 for lead-generation funnels, and ₱300 to ₱1,000+ for higher-value industries (Spiralytics, Workroom PH, Modern Chameleon PH, 2026). Meta adds 12% VAT on ad spend for PH advertisers. Outside the Philippines, typical costs per inquiry are WordStream’s 2026 US medians from 452 lead campaigns (all industries $27.39, real estate $13.74, home improvement and trades $42.95), roughly converted for pounds, euros, Australian and Canadian dollars. For online stores, the typical return is 1.86x, the 2025 median Meta return for online stores (Triple Whale, about 35,000 brands), with cost per order about 30% lower and order value about 10% higher (bundles and free-shipping thresholds) run the right way. When your own numbers show a return of 3x or more, the result also shows doubling the budget, assuming the return drops by a quarter as you scale.
